::TOPSHOP INSPIRED panel highwaist::







Info:
Alternatives for Topshop panel skirt :D
Unsure of the material. Close to PVC but soft and non-sticky.
  Very thin but not see through so if you are not tall enough u can fold the waist area :)
Skirt can be wore highwaisted or low cut :) Good news for taller babes!!
Measurements:
Very elastic so would be fitting for uk4 to uk12 unless your butt all around measurement is less than 30 inch then it will be loose.
